This website is operated by SaFiSpa LLC (“SaFiSpa,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting safispa.com or purchasing from us, you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any policies referenced here (such as our Privacy Policy and Return Policy).
Shopify hosting: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products and services to you.
1) Eligibility & Account
By using the site, you represent that you are the age of majority in your state/province or have consent from a legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2) Online Store Terms
- You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- You must not transmit worms, viruses, malware, or any destructive code.
- We may refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
3) Product Information & Availability
We endeavor to display product colors, images, and details accurately. We cannot guarantee your device’s display accurately reflects colors. Products may be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only per our Return Policy. We may discontinue any product at any time.
4) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
Prices are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, limited quantities, or time restrictions.
5) Orders, Billing & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, and to verify information before accepting an order. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments); we do not store full payment card data on our servers.
6) Shipping & Delivery

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
8) User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant SaFiSpa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content in any media. You represent that your User Content is accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or defamatory material. We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion.
9) Intellectual Property

19) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any permitted court action shall be in state or federal courts located in New York, New York. Nothing herein limits either party’s right to seek equitable relief.
